Despite feeling rather lethargic and slightly ill with a cold, today was awesome. Mom came down and ate a tasty lunch with me at the MOA (Museum of Art) and then took me shopping. And what's better than a little jam sesh and some spoon me with my bassoon pal, Lisa, aka the Amanda Moreton of Orem. Also I had quintet rehearsal today...let's just say two are married, one has a kid, and I'm the only freshman! Super challenging but anything is better than scales!!!
